  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 packages taco season
  • 1 each onion
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can rotel
  • 2 bags of chips
  • 1 1/2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 stick velvetta cheese

Directions

    add rotel, enchilada sauce, and onions and simmer.

    cook ground beef, or turkey

    add cheese, both.

    crush chips and add to skillet.

    place more chips on top and grated cheese.

    bake at 400F until chips are toasted and cheese is melted.

    garnish with lettuce tomatoes and salsa
