- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 finely chopped medium onion
- 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 15 oz. can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 14-16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 taco seasoning mix
Directions

1Brown beef and onion, drain.

2Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

4Top with grated cheddar cheese and serve with corn chips.
