- 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
- 3 cans stewed tomatoes
- 3 cans Spanish rice
- 2 cans Mexican style beans
- 2 pkg. frozen corn
- 1 qt. tomato juice (more if desired for thinner soup)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. taco mix
Directions

1Place hamburger in microwave-safe colander and place in microwave-safe bowl.

2Cook at 70% for 5 minutes.

3Stir to break up meat.

4Repeat until meat is done.

5Discard grease in bowl.

6Place meat in colander under hot water.

7This removes excess fat.
