  • 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
  • 3 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 3 cans Spanish rice
  • 2 cans Mexican style beans
  • 2 pkg. frozen corn
  • 1 qt. tomato juice (more if desired for thinner soup)
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. taco mix

Directions

    Place hamburger in microwave-safe colander and place in microwave-safe bowl.

    Cook at 70% for 5 minutes.

    Stir to break up meat.

    Repeat until meat is done.

    Discard grease in bowl.

    Place meat in colander under hot water.
  7. 7
    This removes excess fat.
