Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion coursley chopped
  • 4 oz can diced green chillies
  • taco seasoning
  • Hidden Valley Ranch dry packet
  • 2 cans corn, undarained
  • 3 cans stewed or diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 can kidney beans, undrained

    Brown meat & onion together. Then mix all ingredience in crock pot & cook on warm a few hours. Or you can cook it all in a large stockpot on medium heat for 30 min. Cool completely & pour into freezer bag. Squeeze air out of bag & freezer bag. Thaw in refrigerator over night when you are ready to enoy! We also get a bag of corn chips & shredded cheese and top our bowls of soup off with those right before we eat. You will have lots of leftovers.
