Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can hominy (corn)
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, blended and undrained
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Brown ground beef, onion and chilies in a large Dutch oven on medium-high heat.

    Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

    Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
