  • 1 large can refried beans
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 head finely shredded lettuce
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • sliced black olives
  • jalapeno pepper slices

    Mix together beans and taco seasoning mix.

    Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan with the bean mixture.

    Blend the sour cream and cream cheese with the mixer until smooth.

    Spread the mixture evenly over bean mixture.

    Top with lettuce, covering completely. Layer remaining ingredients.

    Serve with a side dish of large-sized dipping chips.
