- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 can green chilies, drained and chopped
- 5 to 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno cheese, grated
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 c. black olives, sliced
Directions

1Combine sour cream and taco seasoning.

2Mix and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

3Spoon sour cream mixture into middle of large plate. Spread over plate.

4Cover sour cream mixture with green chilies and cheeses.

5Top with diced tomatoes and sliced black olives.

6Serve with taco chips or rye bread.
