  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, finely diced
  • 1/2 lb. ham, finely cubed
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • several dashes nutmeg

    Fill shell a little more than half full with alternating layers of cheese and ham.
