- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- taco shells
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Add package taco seasoning mix and water according to package directions.

3For each tacodilla, place 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese on a soft taco shell.

4Break a hard shell in half; place on top of cheese.

5Top hard shell with 1/6 of meat mixture; fold in half. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large skillet; add 3 tacodillas.

6Cook on each side over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted.

7Repeat with remaining tacodillas.

8Cut each tacodilla in half; serve with taco sauce.
