Ingredients

  • 1 box Elbow Macaroni (any Shape Will Do, 16 Ounce Box)
  • 1 pound Hamburger
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Nacho Cheese Sauce (I Use El Rio Brand)
  • Optional Taco Add-ins: Salsa, Cheese, Chips, Etc

Directions

    Bring a pot of water to boil, and cook pasta according to package directions.

    While pasta is cooking, brown hamburger in skillet.
  3. 3
    Add taco seasoning and cook the mixture according to seasoning package directions.

    Drain pasta.

    Once well drained, put back in pot.

    Add seasoned meat and stir well.

    Add nacho cheese sauce, and mix well again.

    Serve.

    Everyone can add salsa, taco sauce, cheddar cheese, or tortilla chips to their own liking.

    We also add onions or jalepeno/banana peppers sometimes, too.
