  • 14 lb. hamburger
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 or 4 c. tomato paste
  • 2 1/2 qt. water
  • 2 heads shredded lettuce
  • 2 or 3 diced tomatoes
  • 3 c. shredded cheese
  • 35 to 50 taco shells

    Brown hamburger; drain.

    Add pepper, salt, tomato paste and water.

    Heat oven to 325°.

    Heat shells about 5 minutes.

    Dice tomatoes, shred the cheese and shred or chop lettuce.

    Serve with tablespoon.
