- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 packages El Milagro Yellow Corn Tortillas
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cup Shredded Lettuce
Directions

1Season your ground beef with salt and pepper.

2Place two tablespoons of ground beef on half of a tortilla.

3You want it to be thinner for fast cooking.

4Repeat until all the meat and tortillas are finished.

5Heat your oil over medium/high heat.

6Gently place the tortilla into the oil beef side up, and gently fold the tortilla in half enclosing the beef inside.

7Fry on each side for about 2 1/2 minutes on each side, then remove and place on a paper towel so get rid of excess oil.

8Top with lettuce, tomatoe, sour cream and shredded cheese if you would like :)
