  • 1 pt. cream
  • 1 pt. sugar
  • 1 pt. Karo or half Karo and half maple syrup
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • paraffin wax (size of a walnut)

Directions

    Cook until 250° or firm ball stage.

    Add wax after cooking, then pull it until about white.

    Eat!
