Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can tomatoes with juice, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can black olives, chopped (save a few to garnish)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt, pepper, red pepper, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chile powder to taste
  • 1/3 to 1/2 box macaroni, cooked
  • Cheddar cheese, sliced

Directions

    In a large heavy pot, combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn and olives; slowly heat.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil and saute onions and garlic.

    Add to pot.

    Saute beef in skillet until red is gone, then add to pot.

    Carefully add seasonings to taste. Cook about 10 to 15 minutes.

    Stir in cooked macaroni and remove from heat.
