Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. ground turkey breast
- 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 3 whole tomatoes, cut up
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1In large bowl, combine turkey, beef, egg whites, garlic, and onion.

2Mix well.

3Form mixture into meatballs and set aside.

4In another large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well and set aside.

5In large nonstick skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs on all sides; remove from heat.

6Drain off excess grease and wash skillet.

7Return skillet to low heat, place meatballs and sauce in skillet and simmer for 1 hour; turning meatballs occasionally.

8Serve hot.
