- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 ounce fresh basil leaf
- 14 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1 cup soft cheese
- 8 ounces tagliatelle pasta
Directions

1Place the garlic, basil, hazelnuts and cheese in a food processor and process to a thick paste.

2Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until just tender.

3Drain well.

4Spoon the sauce into the hot pasta, tossing until melted.
