Tagliatelle With Hazelnut Pesto

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 ounce fresh basil leaf
  • 14 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 cup soft cheese
  • 8 ounces tagliatelle pasta

Directions

    Place the garlic, basil, hazelnuts and cheese in a food processor and process to a thick paste.

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until just tender.

    Drain well.

    Spoon the sauce into the hot pasta, tossing until melted.
