  • 1/2 cup tahini paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • None None Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
  • None None Smoked paprika, to serve
  • None None Flatbread, to serve
  • None None Radishes, celery, beans, cucumber, to serve

Directions

    Combine the tahini and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Add 1/3 cup water; stir until smooth. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground white pepper.

    Place the dip in a small serving bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with flatbread and vegetables.
