Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 (10 ounce) can vegetable broth, heated
- 500 g rotini pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
Directions

1In a food processor, combine garlic, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, soy sauce, and cayenne and process until smooth. Stir in broth and keep warm.

2Cook rotini according to package directions. Add broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking.

3Drain pasta and broccoli. Toss with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
