- 3/4 c. Japanese vinegar
- 3 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. Hawaiian salt
Directions

1Peel and slice daikon and place in gallon jar.

2Add all ingredients, close jar and shake bottle.

3Place in refrigerator. The next day, you can add more daikon in jar and shake jar again to marinate daikon.

4Add yellow food coloring and keep in refrigerator.

5Ready to eat in 1 week.
