- 1 lb. pkg. noodles (curlies)
- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. tomato juice
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 large can whole kernel corn and juice
- 2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles until done.

2Drain.

3In skillet, brown meat and add onion and pepper and cook until done.

4In a large baking dish, add noodles, meat mixture and remaining ingredients, reserving 1 cup cheese for top.

5Mix well.

6Add cheese on top and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

7Recipe may be halved.
