  • 1 lb. pkg. noodles (curlies)
  • 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 c. tomato juice
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 large can whole kernel corn and juice
  • 2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

    Cook noodles until done.

    Drain.

    In skillet, brown meat and add onion and pepper and cook until done.

    In a large baking dish, add noodles, meat mixture and remaining ingredients, reserving 1 cup cheese for top.

    Mix well.

    Add cheese on top and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

    Recipe may be halved.
