- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans corn
- 1 pkg. medium wide noodles
- 1/2 lb. extra sharp cheese
- 1 can olives plus liquid
Directions

1Mince and fry garlic, onion and bell pepper; add meat and fry until tender, using oil as needed to prevent burning.

2Add about 2 cups tomatoes (use stewed).

3Turn down low and cook about 10 minutes.

4Boil noodles until tender.

5Add corn to meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

6Pour all into baking dish.

7Add olives.

8Grate cheese and stir together, leaving enough to sprinkle on top.

9Bake 1 hour at 350°.
