- 2 lb. ground beef (preferably chuck)
- 2 pods garlic, chopped fine
- 5 medium onions, chopped fine
- 4 bell peppers, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Spanish-style tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 can pitted black olives, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) bag short, flat egg noodles, boiled
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Using a big pot, cook the beef, garlic, onions and bell peppers

2in a small amount of olive oil for 10 minutes.

3(Beef will create additional fat.)

4Add the chili powder, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

5Cook for 15 minutes.

6Add the corn, olives and the boiled egg noodles. Toss ingredients together well.

7Pour into 2 flat baking dishes (9 x 13-inch).

8Top with the grated cheese.

9Bake in a 350° oven until cheese is slightly brown on top (about 35 to 40 minutes).
