Shrimp Ball Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese
  • 1/2 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 (6 oz) cans de-veined shrimp, drained
  • 1 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in water.

    Set aside.

    Flake shrimp with a fork until crumb like.

    Add cream cheese, mayo, celery, and onions. Set aside. Heat soup until warm, then add gelatin into soup until dissolved.

    Add soup to shrimp mixture.

    Store in refrigerator for at least 6 hours prior to serving (can be made the night before also).
