Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 small can green peas, drained
  • 1 can Mexicorn, drained
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 4 oz. small or medium egg noodles
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 small bottle catsup

Directions

    Boil noodles in salted water; drain.

    Cook beef until gravy color.

    Add onions and cook until transparent.

    Drain oil from mixture and mix with all other ingredients except catsup.

    Place in casserole dish and cover with catsup.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
