  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans enchilada sauce (mild)
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (6 oz.) can ripe pitted olives, drained
  • dash of chili powder
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked

Directions

    Brown meat in Dutch oven.

    Add onions and let wilt.

    Cut olives in halves.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Cook for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
