  • fresh potatoes
  • fresh squash
  • fresh tomatoes
  • 1 or 2 cans green beans
  • 4 slices bacon
  • salt (if desired)
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Thinly slice the vegetables.

    Layer in casserole dish all vegetables, seasoning each layer.

    Drizzle bacon drippings over top.

    Bake (with lid) in oven about 2 hours at 300° or less.
