Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cayenne
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. chili powder

Directions

    Combine and mix all ingredients, except last 3 items.

    Pinch off small amount and roll into bite-size balls.

    Place on cookie sheets and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Combine and mix last 3 items and bring to boil; simmer for 30 minutes, until sauce is slightly thick.

    Place sauce in large chafing dish and add meatballs.
