- 4 (large) half chicken breasts
- 2 chicken tamales
- 1 can pitted olives
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 large carton sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix garlic powder, pepper and chili powder.

2Rub into skinned chicken.

3Fry lightly, cover with tomatoes and cook on low until tender.

4Debone and cut into bite-size pieces.

5Save 1 cup tomato liquid and tomato chunks.

6Fry onion and green pepper; add cut-up tamales, soup, sour cream, tomato sauce, tomatoes, olives (drained) and chicken pieces.

7Pour into casserole, cover with cheese.

8Bake at 350° uncovered for 45 minutes.
