  • 2.5 cup chicken stock
  • 2 ancho chilies (or adobo and chipotle, or 1 cup salsa)
  • 1 cup corn kernels (or more)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup shortening or frozen olive oil (dough is not as fluffy with olive oil but tastes sam)
  • add chopped cilantro
