  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 medium, chopped bell peppers
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (11 oz.) can condensed nacho-cheese soup
  • 2 (2 1/4 oz.) cans sliced pitted olives, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar mild chunky salsa
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix

Directions

    Cook beef in a large skillet; add bell peppers and onion. Drain.

    Stir in soup, sliced olives, salsa and water; bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
