- 6 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 onion
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1 lb. hamburger or 1 can link sausage
Directions

1Mash mush by stirring corn meal and salt into the boiling water; cook 45 minutes.

2Brown onion in fat; add meat and stir until it has turned brown.

3Add salt and tomatoes.

4Grease baking dish; put in layer of mush and meat and cover with mush.

5Bake 1/2 hour.
