- 1 lb. ground round steak
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 6 large Mexican tamales, broken up
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 oz.) can pitted ripe olives (small)
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dry red pepper to taste
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion in large frypan.

2Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients.

3Mix well and pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole.

4Top with cheese and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Makes 6 servings.
