- 3 cans tamales
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 medium can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 small can green diced chiles
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion; drain liquid.

2In large casserole dish, layer as follows.

3Bottom layer:

4tamales, then spread corn over tamales.

5Next layer:

6Add the tomatoes and salt and pepper to suit taste.

7Cook in a 300° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly.

8After removing from oven, add ground beef mixture and chiles on top.

9Top with 2 slices of cheese.

10Should melt; if not, place back in oven a few minutes.
