Ingredients
- 5 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 3/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Rinse chicken (removing any loose fat) and lay flat.

2Sprinkle (in this order) seasoned pepper, garlic powder and parsley on one side of chicken.

3Put in skillet (seasoned side up).

4Pour soy sauce over chicken, then pour water around chicken.

5Place lid on skillet, steam chicken (approximately 5 to 7 minutes, each side), turn twice.

6Remove lid and continue cooking until done (most of liquid should be gone when chicken is done).

7Approximate cooking time:

820 to 30 minutes.

9Serve with your favorite side dishes.
