- 1 3/4 cups almonds, whole
- 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
- 1 cup brazil nuts
- 1 cup raw cashew nuts
- 3 tbsp tamari sauce (soy sauce)
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2Place nuts on a baking tray. Cook 5-10 minutes, or until lightly roasted. Transfer nuts to a bowl. Add tamari, cumin and cayenne pepper. Mix to combine.

3Return the nuts to baking tray. Cook for 10 more minutes, turning halfway through. Allow to cool completely before serving.
