- 2 cups flour (285g)
- 60 g butter (for filling)
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 200 g condensed milk (1/2 tin)
- coconut, for tin
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add vanilla and flour.

3Spread 3/4 mix in slice tin.

4Heat filling until blended and spread over base.

5Crumble over remaining mix.

6Bake 180 degrees celcius for 20 minutes.

7Be careful not to overcook should be meltingly soft but still cooked.
