- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. butter, softened
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 2 (8 oz.) chocolate bars, melted
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
Directions

1Heat milk, add 2 teaspoons butter; set aside.

2Beat eggs until lemon-colored with 1/2 cup sugar.

3Add flour, baking powder and remaining sugar to egg mixture; mix well.

4Batter will be thin. Bake in a greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan for 15 or 20 minutes or until tests done.

5Remove from oven and immediately spread with peanut butter, carefully.

6Refrigerate until peanut butter is hard.

7Melt chocolate bars and spread on top of the peanut butter.
