  • 1/2 cup 2% reduced fat milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup TANG Orange Flavor Drink Mix
  • 1 fully ripe medium banana
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

    Place milk, water and drink mix in blender container; cover.

    Blend on high speed 30 seconds.

    Add banana and ice; cover.

    Blend 30 seconds or until smooth.

    Serve at once.

    For single serving, use 1/2 cup milk, 2 tablespoons drink mix and 1/2 banana; omit water.
