  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 1/8 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 tangerines
  • 1/2 lemon
  • orange food coloring powder
  • Nutella
  • 3 tangerines
  • granulated sugar

    Preheat the oven to 350F

    In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar until pale.

    Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

    Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix.

    Grate 5 tangerines to get the zest, add it to the mixture and mix well.

    Stir in the juice of 1/2 lemon, the juice of 5 tangerines and the orange food coloring powder.
