  • 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves, Loosely Packed
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

Directions

    Put all ingredients in a food processor and whirl until the basil is finely chopped and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. If you find the dressing too tart, add additional honey, 1 Tablespoon at a time, tasting as you go. Use as a dressing or marinade.
