- 1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
- 1/3 c. water

1Brown chicken in skillet in butter.

2Drain off excess. Combine sauce and water.

5Simmer 30 minutes, basting occasionally.

6Skim off any excess fat and pour sauce over chicken.
