- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. cranberry sauce or your favorite fruit jam
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Brown chops in large nonstick skillet with 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil.

2Turn chops.

3Stir in 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard and 1 tablespoon vinegar.

4Cover with lid. Simmer gently 5 minutes.

5Serve with cornbread.
