  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Light Karo
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 3 Cups Unsalted Raw Spanish Peanuts
  • 2 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter

Directions

    Stir sugar, karo and water to 230 degrees.

    Add peanuts and stir constantly to 320 degrees or until peanuts are golden brown. Remove from heat and add soda, salt and butter.

    Place on 2 greased cookie sheets.

    Break into pieces when cool.
