- 3 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Light Karo
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 Cups Unsalted Raw Spanish Peanuts
- 2 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
Directions

1Stir sugar, karo and water to 230 degrees.

2Add peanuts and stir constantly to 320 degrees or until peanuts are golden brown. Remove from heat and add soda, salt and butter.

3Place on 2 greased cookie sheets.

4Break into pieces when cool.
