  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4 pieces
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 14 cup green onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

    Place potatoes in boiling water and cook until tender (about 20 minutes).
