- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4 pieces
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 14 cup green onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon margarine
Directions

1Place potatoes in boiling water and cook until tender (about 20 minutes).

3In a bowl, combine potatoes, yogurt and margarine.
