  • 1 cup black olives pitted
  • 1 garlic clove peeled
  • 5 anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • dried thyme
  • dried rosemary
  • olive oil
  • 1 sheet puff pastry

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Add the black olives, garlic, anchovies, capers, a pinch each of thyme and rosemary, and a drizzle of olive oil to a food processor and blend until smooth like a paste.

    Roll out the puff pastry. Spread the tapenade evenly on top leaving a small border on all sides.

    Like a scroll, roll both of the long ends toward the middle. They should meet in the middle

    With a sharp knife, cut 2 centimeter wheels.

    Bake the puff pastry for 10 minutes until golden.
