  • 1/2 cup minute tapioca
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup dates chopped
  • 2/3 cup chopped nuts
  • whipping cream

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except whipping cream and cook in top of double boiler for 1 hour.

    Pudding will thicken when cool.
  3. 3
    Serve in sherbet dishes and top with whipped cream.
