Tapioca-Orange Salad

  • 2 small pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 small Cool Whip
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • enough water to make 3 c. liquid including reserved pineapple juice

Directions

    Cook pudding with the 3 cups liquid until thick.

    Sprinkle and mix orange Jell-O into the pudding mixture.

    Cool and refrigerate until chilled.

    Fold in Cool Whip, pineapple and oranges. Refrigerate.
