  • 3 cups water
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant tapioca pudding mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package sugar-free orange gelatin
  • 2 (5 1/2 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip

    Cook tapioca in water till thick.
