- 6 Tortillas
- 1 fillet Chicken breast
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 around 50 grams Cheddar cheese (or easy-melt cheese)
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50 ml White wine
- 500 ml Water
Directions

1Slice the onion.

2Add the sliced onions, water, and white wine to the pressure cooker.

3Add the paprika powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt.

4Add the chicken breast.

5Cook under pressure for 15 minutes over medium heat.

6After it's done cooking, let the chicken soak up the flavors of the soup.

7Then shred the chicken into pieces.

8Roll up the tortillas.

9Lightly squeeze the soup out of the chicken and wrap it up in the tortillas with the cheese.

10Fold both ends of the tortillas so the cheese won't ooze out.

11Wrap the tortillas like spring rolls.

12Pierce the tortillas with skewers so that they won't open up while frying.

13Fry in 170 degrees C oil.

14When the surface of the tortillas is crispy, turn them to make sure the whole surface is covered with the oil.

15Remove from the skewers and the taquitos are done.

16You can eat them as they are but they are really excellent with avocado dip or tomato salsa.
