  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 4 sprigs fresh tarragon
  • 14 cup packed basil leaves

Directions

    In large pot set over medium-high heat, bring vinegar to boil.

    Divide tarragon and basil between 2 decorative half-pint jars.

    Pour hot vinegar over herbs.

    Cap jars and let stand at room temperature 48 hours.

    Remove herbs.
